Homemade Wild Raspberry Jam | Wildberry Garden Lorega

under Etc.,Food Trip | 642 views

I suddenly remembered this homemade wild raspberry jam from the Wildberry Garden and Camping Ground in Lorega Kitaotao, Bukidnon. We first saw this on display at Grub Resto Cafe Davao during our first visit there nine months ago. My sis had some strawberry jam which I wanted to bring home the last time we were at her house and that reminded me of this wild raspberry jam.

Speaking of berries, do you know raspberries as well as other berries like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and cranberries  which contain phytonutrients that helps us fight cancer? I remember this as I was helping my friend overseas look for a mesothelioma lawyer for a fellow worker they were helping who is a mesothelioma patient. In the US and other parts of the world, for one’s information, there are patients of this kind of cancer and their families pursue legal action against companies that use asbestos that primarily causes this kind of cancer. They are made to understand the negligence done by companies they work for. They need a lawyer who can assist and help them go after such companies to get money to pay off their treatment, medical bills and financial difficulties caused by such health concern.

Berries are one of the food that can help fight mesothelioma cancer for those patients to have a longer life expectancy. They contain essential nutrients that help prevent the growth and spread of various types of cancer cells. That is why my sis recommends that instead of buying cheese sandwich spread or other spreads or sandwich fillings, why not choose strawberry jam. The more natural or those homemade ones is a much better choice in her opinion with no or with less chemicals, artificial colorings or preservatives added.

I’ll keep in mind to buy one like these when we go to the grocery. There are some homemade ones sometimes sold but it can be a rare find like this one homemade wild raspberry jam we found at Grub.
