One Wednesday afternoon, my boys accompanied me to eat something which I have long been craving for – crispy roasted pig skin and we found it at Eden’s Lechon ATBP by Liden’s in Damosa Gateway, Davao. Been craving for this for a long time and so when we went to Damosa and saw this, we decided to go for it. It was not that crispy anymore but it was good enough for me. If you want it real crispy and new, you got to be there after 9 in the morning.

Hmmm yummy and crispilicious but my mom won’t approve if I often eat this as this is high in fat content and sodium.
