Choco Caramel Cinnamon @Annipie Davao

On the first day of hubby’s stay at the hospital my eldest sister, who came to visit him that night, the dinner served in the room did not appeal to me. Hubby was also still on a no food diet that night. My sis took me out to have dinner at Annipie. Upon mention of the name, I suddenly remember people mentioning it in a forum somewhere when the topic was about food and cinnamon. So we went to Annipie your cinnamon destination says their lighted signage outside their store near DDH.

When we got there, I found many choices and I even wanted to order more than one but I really need a rice meal too. I ordered this choco caramel cinnamon  while my sister ordered their cream cheese cinnamon if I remember the name right. I loved it especially the topping! Just became too sweet for me though after. I felt my head spin after having a rice meal there and that sweet cinnamon after I think I don’t need those over the counter sleep aids I was thinking about. Maybe I was just tired and hungry and lack of sleep all combined since hubby woke me up early as he rushed to the hospital early that morning. It had been a long day for us but I am happy to have finally been able to taste this delicious and sweet cinnamon. I am going to be back here I promised myself and indeed I was back there two days after bought eight pieces in two boxes.

Prices of cinammon rolls: classic (P35), assorted (P30), Seasonal (P40), and glazed (P25). Some of the cinnamon flavors I remember: choco caramel, classic cream cheese, choco mocha, caramel crunch (a must try too), cappucino (which hubby and I liked too). they also serve sandwiches, pasta, rice meals which are delicious, espresso coffee drinks, iced/blended drinks, and hot and cold tea. They have free WIFI by the way!
