Beer Tower

This photo we have taken of a beer tower at Eduardo’s Pizza in K-1 Cuisine reminded me of how I took so much interest looking at it being filled from the back part of the K-1 Cuisine resto. This was ordered by a group of ladies in a table next to us that night.

We don’t drink beer so ordering this one would be far most in our minds but while this guy was filling it, I remembered those stainless steel drums where such beverage as beer like this one, as well as wines, brandies and other alcoholic beverages can be kept in storage in restaurants and bars serving such. The containers are custom ordered drums which can be designed and made for clients based on their needs. Those drums are durable and are non-toxic, can be cleaned and reused for many times. Then when no longer used, they can be recycled which is good for establishments making a green choice. I think this resto can use a few drums to store beer since most of their customers order this beer tower and most customers go there to drink with their friends particularly at night and during weekend.
