Just want to share a very simple recipe we got from a friend of mine. This is the regular scrambled eggs that you usually have but with a little twist, we mixed it with grated cheese. I think any cheese will do. It tasted really better than our usual, regular scrambled eggs that we used to have. I was thinking of adding evaporated milk as well but we didn’t have it at that time. Maybe next time. The little boy loved this so much. He ate quite too much of it actually since he almost consumed this by himself.

Do you know that eggs in particular are like testosterone booster which will increase your testosterone levels to help you gain muscle. Speaking of this kind of booster, make sure if you buy one, they need to be safe to use with no side effects and at reasonable price. I think that is what body builders use to have those awesome muscles formed and shaped. I have read too that egg is one of those so called super food that you need to build muscles. But as they say eat everything in moderation since too much of anything is not good too! Well enjoy this recipe and am sure your kids will love it.

My friend and classmate in college first taught me how to make French Toast when we went to her house one time way back then. I loved that taste of her recipe that I tried it by myself after that in our home. It was simple, easy to do and delicious. My mom said though that this recipe consumes so much oil.

Anyway, here is a simple French toast recipe with eggs and bread.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 teaspoon sugar, optional

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

10 to 12 slices white bread

butter

maple syrup or other syrup

Preparation:

Break eggs into a wide, shallow bowl or pie plate; beat lightly with a fork. Stir in sugar, salt, and milk.

Over medium-low heat, heat griddle or skillet coated with a thin layer of butter or margarine.

Place the bread slices, one at a time, into the bowl or plate, letting slices soak up egg mixture for a few seconds, then carefully turn to coat the other side. Soak/coat only as many slices as you will be cooking at one time.

Transfer bread slices to griddle or skillet, heating slowly until bottom is golden brown. Turn and brown the other side. Serve French toast hot with butter and syrup.
Recipe for French toast serves 4.

Hope you have a delicious Sunday with your family!
