Coco’s South Bistro Victoria Plaza Davao

under Food Trip | 30 views

Coco’s South Bistro has opened up its new branch last March 8, 2010 at Victoria Plaza Davao City beside MetroBank and near Buffet Palace at the Victoria Plaza Compound. We have been to their Torres branch several times for our food trips. So one time, a few days before it opened we went there to try their new place. The food in their menu is still the same though from what I understand not all are available yet. Given this is the same resto we have been to yet at a different location, so I opted to order for pizza instead. I have been wanting to try out their pizza but never get to order them at the Torres branch.

So for the lil boy and me, we decided to try Coco’s South Bistro bacon extra cheeseburger pizza (P260) – smoked bacon and beef topped with cheddar cheese – as recommended by their waitress as one of their best selling pizza flavors. The other one is called Meatzza Feast if I remember it right. Hubby and I agreed this is delicious. Love it that you can really say it has a very cheesy taste. Now that makes me think of another pizza store.

Hubby’s order was Coco’s South Bistro Blue Marlin Steak (P195) which is also our first time to order that since I was looking for fish. I wanna avoid pork for awhile since I wanna diet yet I ordered pizza right?

Anyway, while waiting for the steak to be served so we can eat all together, I remembered something I wanna mention to hubby when I saw someone familiar in the resto and looking like a famous celeb, about this jan marini skin research I was looking into. Hubby said it could possibly be that former local TV celebrity and I said I could not say but what I read there was that she founded and innovated this skin research site and she was a guest on various radio and television programs. Anyway, maybe I should probably start my research about what skin product is best to use to fight those wrinkles hubby said is becoming visible everytime it takes long for the resto to serve the food and we’re already very hungry. Hawaiian Pizza

under Etc., Food Trip | 56 views

The lil boy out of the blue said he wants pizza and now that he fell asleep maybe he is dreaming of it by now. Well I began thinking of the Yellow Cab Hawaiian pizza, one of their classic pizza. This is one of the lil boy’s fave and I seem to be craving for it right now since this is cheaper than our fave New York’s Finest of YC.

My loved ones have been telling me that while having a food trip is fun, it ain’t good for me to always crave and eat pizza and even pasta. I really noticed how I have grown since I had more pizza into my diet. The marks on my tummy is now calling out for those stretch marks creams more than ever that will minimize Read more on Hawaiian Pizza »»»

New Coco’s South Bistro in Davao Open

under Food Trip | 72 views

Last March 8, 2010, the new Coco’s South Bistro in Davao opened it’s Victoria Plaza branch located next to MetroBank and near Buffet Palaza all in the Victoria Plaza Compound. We were able to try eating dinner at this new branch last weekend with my two boys. There seems to be a party there when we arrived. Our lil boy enjoyed looking and playing with the kids there. Their menu looks new but basically they still have the same food that they offer in their Torres branch. Personally this new branch looks clean, neat and more spacious but I still like the one in Torres. But definitely I like their tables in the new Victoria branch. Will post more on our first food trip there next time.
